Prices and Payment

We accept payments via Visa and Mastercard. Payment will be charged when the item is handled for printing and shipping.

All prices are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT.

Shipping

Orders will be processed and dispatched the first comming monday. If it’s urgent, please leave a comment in the order and reach out to us on hello@formofform.com.

We ship with GLS within Denmar. Most packages will be delivered to a nearby collection point. Upon dispatch, you will receive information on how to track your package.

• Delivery within Denmark typically takes 1-3 business days. Additional 2 days if the item requeres framing.

Consumer Rights

Standard consumer rights apply. If an item is unsatisfactory, you are entitled to a replacement at no additional cost.

You are not entitled to return an item if the defect is due to improper handling.

Returns and Refunds

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply send us a photo of the item, and we will either send you a replacement or refund your purchase, according to your preference.

You have 14 days to return an item purchased from our webshop. The 14-day period starts when you receive your item.

To return an item, contact us within 14 days of receipt by emailing hello@formofform.com.

Items Eligible for Return

The following items are not covered by the right of withdrawal:

• Custom-made items.

• Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if the seal is broken.

Return Process

To exercise your right of withdrawal, return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, you must pack the items securely and include your order confirmation.

Refunds for Returned Items

If you return an item, we will refund your purchase using the same payment method you used.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned item.
